Monday August 20th, 2018 At Sea

Tonight was a formal night and we opted to dine at the onboard specialty restaurant; an area of the buffet set up as a restaurant with white table clothes – the menu was called Bamboo. The pan-Asian menu features Japanese, Chinese, and Malaysian dishes. Sandra and I have had the Bamboo menu a few times before and it’s always been very good – as it was tonight.
